Working with different vendors (Microsoft, UB Networks - aka Ungermann-Bass, Newbridge Networks, Xylan & Alcatel Internetworking Division) I'd been able to work with different features regarding networking applications and hardware configurations. Not just Network Management, like HP Openview or NetDirector but also applications used to enable network access. I also had the opportunity to work with equipment of ACC, Wellfleet, Cisco (during my time with UB Networks) and Internet Devices, Packet Engines and Assured Access (Part of Alcatel Internetworking Division). Done mostly Service & Support as an Engineer and later as a Customer Care Manager to provide customer satisfaction for our customers in Europe.

Later I had the opportunity to establish "something new". Since March 1998 I stepped back with a different approach of gettin' in touch with next generation of networking, which I've tried to collect (and still in the process to add more about it) and presenting them here at the "Technology Page"

For my customers I also offer a secured access to my Omni Tips Collection, where you can find basic and advanced sample configuration of technology and features, which enables you a quick start with new challanges.
